the Storm Colossus

This is my imagining of the two scenes described for the impression Jam: imagination #4 || 

For the first scene, I wanted to set the mood by providing only a soundscape to start, leading you through the mountain, against the machinery, and eventually to the door, which opens with the pull of a lever.

Behind the door, you behold a vast barren land, in the center a towering spire covered in machines, buildings, gears and pipes which extend upwards to the clouds, the clouds form rings around the spire, seemingly hypnotised by the large structure. The clouds pour down an endlessly heavy rain onto the rock down below. And the thunder strikes the tower, chipping off gentle pieces of stone, muffled by the surrounding volume of the Storm Colossus.

For the second scene, I didn't have much of an idea besides the fact i wanted something pretty, and calming, something that sounded safe but somewhat intense as well. So I tried something kind of orchestral (if you can call it that).
